Who's at the table
They take turns, and each one reads everything said so far. Prices are USD per million tokens (input / output).
Insights
The Board
Bring an item to your board. Each seat speaks from its role, the Chairman runs the meeting, and you're in the room: add notes any time, and answer when the Chairman asks you something. Every meeting ends with a decision, action items and open questions.

Meeting rooms
Shared spaces for the team. Everyone approved can see the discussions in a room, add notes and keep them going. Each discussion's cost stays with the person who started it.

Recently deleted
Things you delete wait here for 30 days, then they're erased for good. Restore puts them back exactly where they were. Their costs always stay on your monthly statement.

Listen
Your phone listens to the room and writes down what's said, piece by piece. When you're ready, hand the transcript to the table. Keep this page open with the phone face up: the screen stays on while it listens. Only record people who have agreed to it.
Live feedback from Claude
While it listens, Claude reads what's been said and gives a few short notes: an answer you could give, whether a fact holds up, something missed, or a question to ask next. Each note is a small paid call; the cost shows above.
The whole table: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Gemini answer at the same time (anyone slower than 10 seconds is left out of that note), Perplexity checks the facts, and Claude merges it all into one note. Costs several times more per note; each note shows how long every AI took and what it cost. Timed notes stay with Claude alone.
Say the code word, then your request: "Atlas, what number did they give for Q3?" The answer comes straight to your earbuds. "Atlas, quiet" pauses the automatic notes; "Atlas, resume" starts them again. The room hears you say it; to ask privately, hold the button instead and speak quietly.

Scheduled discussions
To add one, set up a discussion on the New discussion page and press "Schedule instead…". Times use your time zone.
Library
Files you keep here can be added to any discussion: tick them under "From your library" when you start one. The AIs read the full text of every file you include, so large files raise the cost of every reply.

Once this month's spending reaches it, new discussions won't start and running ones pause. Leave empty for no limit.

Shown to the team in People. Your sign-in email: .
Two-step sign-in
When you sign in on a new device, the hub asks for a 6-digit code from one of these. A YubiKey works through the Yubico Authenticator app.
Face ID Coming soon
Use Face ID (or Touch ID, or your device's screen lock) instead of the 6-digit code. On a device with Face ID set up, the hub locks every time you leave it and asks for Face ID when you come back.
Signed-in devices
Where you're signed in right now. Lost a phone? Sign it out here; it loses access straight away.
Support
Messages from neulialabs.com: the contact form, questions Atlas passed to the team, and customers' email replies. An AI drafts each reply from the website's fact sheet. Nothing goes out until someone here presses Send.

Vendors & Partners
Vendors, partners, media and affiliates: contacts, what we pay and when it renews, account details, files, and email. Email goes out from vendors@neulialabs.com, and their replies come back here. Affiliate requests from neulialabs.com/partner wait here for your approval.
